Did someone say Ice Cream? 🍦 YES, a Museum of Ice Cream has come to Miami and we’re so glad our lovely friend and fellow blogger Annie A to Z suggested we check it out. After checking posts under the hashtag #museumoficecream, we were so excited when it was finally time to see for ourselves what the museum was all about. Everything was so bright and colorful, so we decided to go with an all black outfit and allow everything around us pop out in the photos. The weather was still a little chilly for Miami Standards, so we both decided to wear something long sleeve.
Priscilla: Since I was wearing all black, I wanted to make sure my outfit had little pops of detail. My cropped hoodie from Tobi had a studded detail along the sleeves, which were not only bell shaped but super long. I LOVE a comfy hoodie, especially one you can dress up or down. I paired it with lace up pants from Fashion Nova which were just as comfy. My oldie but a goodie booties from Lola Shoetique completed my all black ensemble. On my lips, I put the Dose of Colors x Desi X Katy Saváge Liquid Lipstick.
Brittany: I knew that we would be at the museum for a while (we were there for almost 3 hours!), so it was important to me to be comfortable and relaxed. I wore a lace up sweater dress from Tobi, that can easily be dressed down or dressed up for a day to night transition. To keep it casual, I decided to wear my “Boundless Baddie” booties from Lola Shoetique and topped the look off with Elizabeth Stone earrings and “She’s Just Jelly” liquid lipstick from Beauty Bakerie.
The museum was way bigger than we expected and had so many rooms that had free treats and different activities such as ice cream (of course!), candy, dancing, swings, ping pong and more! Every room was definitely a photo op due to the creative themes and bright colors.
The two most popular rooms were definitely the Coconut room and the Sprinkle Pool! It’s hard to decide which was our favorite, but I think we are leaning towards the Sprinkle Pool. I mean…who wouldn’t want to be in a pool full of sprinkles?! If not, then this is definitely not the place for you 😂
Take a look at the pictures below to see all of the different rooms and activities at the Museum of Ice Cream Miami. If you’re interested in visiting the Museum while it’s still in town, you can buy tickets here.
